Kurt Olson is a Calif. native who came to the Central Coast in 1979 an attended Cuesta College and received an AA degree in Broadcast Communications, He started his full time radio career in Pismo Beach in 1980. He went back to San Diego county in 1984 and worked at his hometown radio station in Vista, Ca. and then returned to the central coast in 1987 to call it home for good, and has worked full time in radio ever since.
He has held a full-time air shift on 7 different central coast radio stations and has produced commercials for radio and tv since the 80’s. He, and his wife Vickie Finn(who also worked in central coast radio for many years), live in the 5 cities with their Chihuahua JuJu Bee. Kurt also has his own Mobile D J service and can be heard doing parties and weddings on the central coast. He also loves anything to do with politics.
Kurt’s other interests include concerts, and listening to music at home.
