SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
“36th Christmas Bicycle Giveaway,” accepting bicycle, helmet, or cash donations, new or refurbished, the Sheriff’s Office Honor Farm Inmates assemble and repair bikes.
If you know a child (up to 15 years of age) in need of a bicycle, please visit the SLO Sheriff’s website HERE and click on Community Resources at the top of the homepage and then Forms and Applications on the drop down menu. All applications are due by Thursday, November 20th, 2025.
Individuals and businesses who wish to donate children’s bicycles or new helmets in their original packaging can bring them to any of the Sheriff’s Office Patrol stations or to the Sheriff’s Honor Farm located on Highway 1. This year’s Christmas Bicycle Giveaway will take place on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025 at 9a.

CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL TOY DRIVE
The CHP are accepting toys at all CHP Offices in the State through December 19th! They will hold a toy drive with officers on hand to accept the toys at Arroyo Grande Walmart from 9a to 5p December 5, 6, 7, and 12, 13, and 14
