Santa Barbara County reported 67 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the county’s total to 3,868 confirmed cases. 80 people are hospitalized, including 23 patients who are in the ICU. Health officials say 2,485 community members have recovered. Santa Barbara County has had 29 deaths attributed to COVID-19.
