The Santa Barbara County Health Department has reported another Lompoc federal prison inmate has tested positive for COVID-19. According to Congressman Salud Carbajal, the prisons are working on testing asymptomatic inmates and building an internal hospital facility. Yesterday the health department reported 107 cumulative cases.
