Santa Barbara County is reporting the deaths of two more people who tested positive for COVID-19. Officials also added another 23 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the county’s total to 8,164 confirmed cases. San Luis Obispo County added 25 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the county’s total to 3,006 confirmed cases.
