County Making Plans To Get Back To Work

San Luis Obispo County officials announced a Steps to Adapt and Reopen Together, or START, guide, on Friday. The plan details how county officials plan to safely reopen businesses and public spaces following the coronavirus outbreak. Once Governor Gavin Newsom lifts California’s shelter-at-home order, the county is ready to enter Phase One, which includes opening some K-12 school facilities. But county public health officer Dr. Penny Borenstein says no school district is going to open this school year, Even if the governor let us off tomorrow.
