San Luis Obispo County Health officials have announced four new cases of COVID-19, bringing the county’s total to 21,387. Santa Barbara County also added three more cases of the virus, for a new total of 34,549 confirmed cases. Both counties are currently in the Yellow Tier of California’s reopening blueprint.
