Tianna Arata and three recently charged co-defendants were in court yesterday to face charges stemming from a controversial July 21 protest that blocked traffic on Highway 101. According to the Tribune, attorneys for each of the new defendants requested more time to review their cases. Another arraignment is scheduled for December. After appearing in court, all four joined a rally denouncing their charges and prosecution.
