San Luis Obispo County health officials have added 9 new cases of confirmed COVID-19, for a new total of 3,933. Three people are hospitalized, including one who is in ICU. 3,708 have recovered. Santa Barbara County has reported the death of another person who tested positive for the virus. Officials also added 19 new COVID-19 cases for a new total of 9,520.
