San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties were among counties statewide complaining about faulty coronavirus numbers. According to state officials, those numbers were the result of an I-T glitch. Dr. Mark Ghally, says the problem is fixed. The positivity rate in California is down to 5.8 percent over the past week hospitalizations over the past two days are down 20 percent.
