Santa Barbara County Health officials announced 268 new cases of COVID-19. The new cases reported include 113 cases from prior weeks that were delayed in being reported. The county’s total confirmed cases is now 3,164. Meanwhile, San Luis Obispo County reported a second COVID-19 related death. Officials say the patient was 94-years-old and had been hospitalized with the virus for about two weeks.
