The Grover Beach Police Department has received funding from the California Department of Justice that will help combat illegal tobacco use among teens in the city. The department will use the funding to conduct several educational programs in the local schools through the D.A.R.E. Program, and use enforcement operations to help keep tobacco out of the hands of local teens.
