A prowler accused of peering through women’s windows is facing a number of charges. San Luis Obispo police say they arrested Juan Francisco Rodriguez Espino last month. He’s suspected of peeping in windows of women as they got ready for bed. According to investigators, the incidents happened in the Boysen Avenue area. If convicted, Rodriguez Espino faces four years in county jail. He’s due in court next month. An investigation is ongoing.
