The former Atascadero Fine Arts teacher accused of taking lewd pictures and videos of his sixth-grade students wants the evidence collected by police thrown out. According to the Tribune, Chris Berdoll is facing 44 charges. His defense attorney claims police acted without a warrant, and that certain fruits were obtained as a result of warrantless search and seizure. Adding that the burden is on the prosecution to justify the warrantless search.
