The driver involved in this weekend’s deadly head on crash near Highway 227 has been arrested. Investigators believe 26-year-old Chelsea Stiles was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the crash that took the life of a 72-year-old San Luis Obispo man. A young one and a half-year-old passenger was in Stiles’ SUV at the time of the crash and suffered only minor injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
