Cal Fire is suing the In-N-Out burger chain. The lawsuit stems from the 2017 Huasna Fire that scorched about 245 acres in rural Arroyo Grande. Cal Fire claims the fire was started by a tractor mowing grass on property owned by the company. Cal Fire is is trying to recover the cost of fighting the fire, roughly 1.2 million dollars.
