The state of California is going after Juul. At a press conference today/Monday, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra announced the state accuses the nation’s biggest e-cigarette maker of allegedly targeting teenagers in its early marketing campaigns. Becerra says the intent was to get *kids* to use their products. This isn’t the only lawsuit Juul faces, multiple state and federal investigations have been launched to see what they did to spark the current vaping craze among teens. Juul disputes the allegations.
