Cal Poly officials have confirmed that one of their students passed away over the weekend. A statement released by the university said the circumstances surrounding Brenden Nichols’ death are not being released at this time. The statement also said that Nichlos was a second-year agricultural business student from Orangevale and that the university was in touch with his family.
