Santa Maria Police say a man who is a repeat DUI offender is behind bars this morning. Authorities say officers tried to stop 30-year-old Andy Mena when they spotted him driving without his headlights on. He led police on a pursuit, ramming into a patrol car, then another vehicle that was stopped at the intersection of Blosser and Betteravia. Authorities say Mena has at least three DUI convictions and a felony warrant.
