The Cal Poly Professor accused of using his phone to look up the skirt of a colleague has been sentenced. Earlier this week, Jason Williams pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of using a device to see through clothing for arousal. According to KSBY, He was sentenced to 5 years probation and he is subject to a search of any of his electronic devices at any time. The D.A. office says a lack of evidence made it impossible to bring more serious charges. The victim, Kendra Williams says, she’ll continue to fight for change.
