A man who had been on the run for 6 years will now stand trial for a Paso Robles murder. The San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s office announced yesterday that David Rodriguez Hernandez will be tried on charges of murder, conspiracy, assault with a deadly weapon and second-degree robbery. He’s accused of being one of four men hired by Maria del Carmen Granados Fajardo to kidnap and kill her ex-boyfriend. He’s being held in County jail in lieu of 250,000 dollars bail. Three other suspects in the case are still on the run.
