A three-year-old Los Osos girl is recovering from burns she suffered from an illegal fire pit at Montana de Oro. About a week-ago, Alivia Gonzalez was on her way to a restroom when she stepped into a smoldering fire pit that had been covered up with sand. She was taken to an area hospital for treatment but later transferred to a burn unit in Bakersfield.
