An unarmed intercontinental ballistic missile is scheduled to launch from Vandenberg Air Force Base tomorrow morning. Base Officials say, Air Force Global Strike Command will launch an unarmed Minuteman III missile as a test of the effectiveness and readiness of the weapon system. The launch window for the test will be between 1:16 a.m. and 7:16 a.m. tomorrow.
