A plan to add about 70 oil tanker trucks to traffic on local highways has a number of environmental groups worried. Under a proposed plan by ExxonMobil, trucks would get off Highway 101 from their Las Flores Canyon Facility and head to the Phillips 66 plant in Santa Maria or to Kern County off the 166.
