Investigators have identified the man who died in an off-road accident at the Oceano Dunes over the weekend. State Park rangers say, 32-year-old Alejandro Espinoza Ruiz of Santa Maria was fatally injured in a crash Saturday afternoon. Two others were taken to area hospitals for treatment. Officials have not released any further information about the crash investigation.
