San Luis Obispo County has added 12 new coronavirus cases for a new total of 21,246 County residents who have tested positive for COVID-19 since March of last year. Santa Barbara County Public Health officials reported 7 new cases of the virus, for a new total of 34,419 confirmed cases. Both counties remain in the Orange tier of the California Blueprint to Recovery.
