Paso Robles police say they are searching for two suspects who broke into a motel office early yesterday morning and attacked a clerk. Investigators say, the would-be robbers rang the bell at the Economy Inn on Spring Street at around 1 A.M. and requested a room. The clerk said the motel was full. The suspects left. only to return and kick the door in. The clerk fought back. The suspects fled into a nearby alley.
