San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties have been lumped into Governor Gavin Newsom’s Regional Stay Home Order that went into last night. The ICU capacity for the region was predicted to drop below 12 and a half percent, triggering the stay at home order. Under the order, Bars, wineries, breweries, Museums, zoos, aquariums, Movie theaters, hair salons, nail salons, tattoo parlors, barbershops are closed. Schools can stay open if they are currently operating. Restaurants can be open for takeout and delivery only. Places of worship can hold outdoor services.
