The Santa Maria Town Center Mall has been closed since July 13th when indoor operations at malls, restaurants, and more were ordered to a close due a rise in COVID-19 cases throughout the state. Yesterday the Santa Maria reopened at 25 percent capacity. Some mall businesses were ready to reopen, while others are still making preparations.
