Santa Barbara County Health officials have reported 256 news cases of COVID-over a three day period. 155 cases on Saturday, 16 on Sunday and 85 yesterday. That raises Santa Barbara County’s total to 4,991. 82 people are hospitalized, 25 in ICU. Santa Maria currently reports the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 2,199.
