Santa Barbara County Health Officials are reporting 46 new cases of COVID-19. There are now 1,910 confirmed cases in Santa Barbara County. 52 people are hospitalized with 12 in the ICU. San Luis Obispo County also reported 11 new cases of the novel coronavirus. The second-highest daily total in San Luis Obispo County since the pandemic began.
