More San Luis Obispo County businesses could be reopening soon. Following Gov. Gavin Newsom’s announcement yesterday that 53 of the state’s 58 counties will be allowed to enter a deep Phase 2 of the state’s reopening plan, public health officer Dr. Penny Borenstein said in-restaurant dining and the full reopening of retail stores could happen soon. She added that there was no firm timeline yet.
