Santa Barbara County Health officials announced 14 new confirmed cases of COVID-19. One of the new cases is an inmate at the federal prison in Lompoc. Health officials say the prison has 769 active cases. Santa Barbara County now has 1,387 cases. Health officials add that 401 community members have fully recovered, and there have been 11 deaths related to COVID-19. Three coronavirus testing sites are now open in Santa Barbara County, the Santa Maria Fairpark, the Earl Warren Showgrounds in Santa Barbara, and the Anderson Recreation Center in Lompoc.
