The Santa Barbara County Public Health Department announced 22 new cases of COVID-19 yesterday. 14 are inmates at Lompoc federal prison. Officials say 96 inmates have tested positive for novel coronavirus. The total number of confirmed cases in Santa Barbara County is currently 416. 43 are hospitalized, with 15 in ICU. 4 people have died. 176 have fully recovered.
