An exciting evening for an Orcutt resident yesterday. A mountain lion was spotted in the yard of a home on Coachman Way just before 5. The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Fish and Wildlife captured the big cat. They eventually released it in a “suitable habitat.”
