The number of San Luis Obispo County residents confirmed with coronavirus has increased to 80. But according to the San Luis Obispo County Public Health Department, the number of people who have recovered from COVID-19 also increased to 30. Santa Barbara County announced that it had 99 total confirmed cases. 57 are recovering at home, 13 are hospitalized and 22 arre in ICU. Santa Barbara County Health officials project a COVID-19 peak date between April 26 to July 28th.
