The San Luis Obispo City council plans to take a swing at accessory dwelling unit regulations at tonight’s meeting. City officials say changes need to be made to the current regulations in order to create more housing options. While some feel A.D.U.’s, or granny units, could help the rental situation in San Luis Obispo, they say don’t expect prices to be affected too much.
