An Anaheim man kicked off 2020 by spending it behind bars. Grover Beach police say, 27-year-old Luis Enrique Lopez Ortiz flagged down a car at around 7:45 New Year’s Eve and told the driver to get out. He then drove fled the scene in the stolen car. Later that night, the Camry was found in Guadalupe on its roof, following a traffic collision. Lopez Ortiz is currently being held in lieu of 125,000 dollars bail.
