If you were in Lompoc over the weekend, you may have noticed people in bright yellow vests planting and weeding along the roadsides of the city. Lompoc City Parks officials say close to 250 people volunteered their time to participate in the Make A Difference Day event that happened Saturday. The volunteers were assigned projects in area parks, gardens, and along the streets to help Make A Difference in Lompoc.
