Authorities are asking for your help in locating a dog they believe was involved in killing another dog in Grover Beach late yesterday morning. The attack happened just after 9:30 on Farroll Road near Hero Park. Witnesses described a larger dog wearing a red collar attacking a smaller dog that was being walked by its owner. Police say the injured dog died from its injuries. County animal services is taking charge of the investigation.
