Atascadero City Fire Department and Cal Fire crews responded to a call about a house fire last night. When firefighters arrived at the scene on the 1500 block of El Camino Real, they found the home involved in smoke and flames. Everyone in the house escaped the flames without injury. Several area roads were closed while crews battled the flames. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
