The trial for the man allegedly involved in a shooting incident at the Oceano Dunes in May is underway. 19-year-old Francisco Orozco is facing a count of attempted murder for a victim he allegedly targeted and five counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm for each of the concertgoers he allegedly shot. A San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s deputy testified yesterday, he was concerned for his safety while investigating the shooting. Orozco has pleaded not guilty and remains in San Luis Obispo County Jail in lieu of 1 dollars million bail.
