A solo vehicle crash Wednesday night near Paso Robles took the life of a 26-year-old man. CHP investigators say the unidentified driver was northbound on the 101 when his Chevy Tahoe drifted into the center median near the Spring Street off-ramp. The SUV careened across the freeway and rolled over down an embankment. The driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time, was ejected. Wednesday’s crash was the second fatal accident in the area in two weeks.
