Some Paso Robles Tenants who are suing their landlords over sub-standard living conditions got some good news. The judge in the case said in a court order, residents living in the Grand View Apartments don’t have to pay rent until their apartments are fixed. Residents of the 54-unit complex filed suit earlier this month, claiming the complex had serious maintenance problems, including mold, leaks, broken windows, sewage backups, and rampant pest problems. The case returns to court in July.
