One of the owners of a Grover Beach cannabis dispensary is facing a number of criminal charges. Brian Touey has been charged in Santa Barbara County with perjury, possession of marijuana for sale and cultivating marijuana. The charges stem from a Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s investigation that connected a cultivation site in Los Alamos to Touey’s store in Grover Beach. He’s accused of giving false information related to the licensing of the cultivation site. Touey has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
