A CHP investigator was injured at the end of a recent car chase in Paso Robles. It Started Friday evening when the investigators noticed a suspicious vehicle on Linne Road just east of Paso Robles. A check of the car’s license plate revealed the vehicle was reported stolen from Santa Maria. The vehicle sped away before backup officers could arrive. A pursuit wound through Paso Robles ending on Larkfield Place. That’s where the suspect ran into the investigator’s car. Marcos Rodriguez of Santa Maria and Jessica Rose Gutierrez Moreno of Paso Robles were taken into custody and are now facing a number of charges.
