Surveillance video has led to the arrest of four teens suspected of attempted murder. Lompoc police were called out to a report of shots fired on Sunday, March 3rd. When they arrived on the scene there was no victim or evidence of a shooting. About 30 minutes later a gunshot victim walked into Lompoc Valley Medical Center. The victim was uncooperative with investigators, but the video helped police nab three of the teens later that night. Authorities say all four have been charged attempted murder with a gang enhancement.
