A second student has come forward and filed suit against the Lucia Mar School District alleging sexual assault by a Nipomo High School Girls Wrestling coach. According to Gloria Allred, the District ignored reports by students of wrestling coach Justin Magdaleno’s “predatory” behavior for months before launching an investigation. School district officials say they have received the complaint but can not comment.
