Santa Maria Police sent two known felons back to jail last week. Authorities say a narcotics investigation led to the arrest of 40-year-old Lorraine McLaughlin and 47-year-old Michael Cangro. Investigators found the pair in possession methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, marijuana, and a loaded handgun. All felonies and probation violations.
