Cal Fire Firefighters responded to a report of a structure fire yesterday afternoon. Officials say the sole occupant was unaware of the fire in an unattended area of the house until an
operating smoke detector sounded. First arriving firefighters found smoke inside the residence and confined the fire to a back bathroom. The fire was put out within a matter of minutes. The cause is still under investigation.
